Life Sketch
Veronika Reppulin was the wife of Johann Zumbrunnen.
They mostly lived in Uri, where Johann was a member of the council of Altdorf, eventually becoming the head of the council. If she was still alive, she would have moved with him from 1626-28, when he went to Bellinzona, Switzerland — in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland not far from Livinen — and served as the landvogt, or bailiff.
They had a large family of 9 children. As a junior branch of the family, there genealogy has not been well documented and they could possibly be among the founders of other branches of the Zumbrunnen family.
